The Aspiring Youth Program provides social groups, summer programming, and individual coaching to support young people from the neurodiverse community. We seek staff members who have experience working with children, teens, and young adults who need extra support connecting with others and may have diagnoses including Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and social anxiety. We value both professional and lived experiences of neruodiversity and are always looking for creative people with diverse backgrounds to join our team.

Program Counselor 1 and 2

The Aspiring Youth and Delphi Young Adult Programs are currently hiring Program Counselors to facilitate our social groups!

Do you have experience working with neurodiverse youth? Do you have an interest in guiding experiential learning through creative arts, sports, building and inventing, and tabletop games? Do you have a nerdy passion that you love to share with kids to help them connect with each other? There are a lot of ways to be a part of our facilitator team, from DMing Dungeons and Dragons to guiding rock climbing groups to planning art projects.
